That’s why we have developed this Code of Conduct to guide the behavior of all members of our community and ensure that Qlutch is a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone. By following these guidelines, we can work together to create a more diverse, talented, and successful workforce.

Code of Conduct:

• Respect all users: We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, or hate speech towards any individual or group based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or any other characteristic. Be respectful and considerate towards others, and keep all communication professional.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality: Protect the privacy and confidentiality of all users on the app, and do not share any personal or identifying information without explicit consent.
• Do not spam or solicit: Do not engage in any form of spamming, phishing, or solicitation on the app. Do not promote any business, product, or service without prior approval from Qlutch.
• Follow all applicable laws: Abide by all local, state, and federal laws in your use of the app, and do not engage in any illegal activities or behaviors.
• Do not misrepresent yourself: Do not create a false identity, misrepresent your qualifications or experience, or make false claims about yourself or others.
• Report any violations: If you witness any violations of this Code of Conduct or other inappropriate behavior on the app, please report it to Qlutch immediately.
• Consequences of violations: Qlutch reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to any violation of this Code of Conduct, including warning, suspension, or termination of your account.
